A tear of happiness rolls down the cheek of Andrea Jaramillo Char upon recieving news that she has been chosen as the queen of the 2012 carnival. The gorgeous 21 year old student of Business Administration has lived in Barranquilla all her life and loves the Caribbean and carnival culture.
